Arnaud Ventura is the Founder & CEO of Microcred Group. To date, Arnaud has built a group of 8 banks and financial institutions offering financing solutions to more than 400,000 Micro, Small & Medium Entrepreneurs in Africa and China. Microcred banks employ more than 2,700 employees, and have more than 350 MEUR of assets. Microcred banks are profitables and deliver sustainable returns to their investors.

Arnaud was first involved in financial inclusion when in 1998, at age 25, he cofounded Positive Planet Foundation. Before that he had worked in the financial sector in France & Argentina and cofounded 2 leading Internet providers in France and Thailand (Club-Internet & Internet Thailand). Arnaud speaks English, Spanish and French fluently.

Arnaud was nominated Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2013 and French American Young Leader in 2003. He is a cofounder of the French China Young Leader Foundation.
